Matt Rogers is an Operating Partner for Ajax and currently sits on a number of private and public boards. He spent the bulk of his career as a Senior Partner at McKinsey, leading their Electric Power, Oil & Gas, and Sustainability practices. He also led the DOE’s $35Bn Recovery Act program and co-authored the book, Resource Revolution: Capturing the Biggest Business Opportunity in 100 years. Matt graduated with a BA in Politics from Princeton University and an MBA from Yale.
