Jim Lyons serves as the lead technologist for venture investing at Ajax Strategies.  He serves as a technical resource for several venture firms in the climate investment sector.  Prior to Ajax, Jim was Chief Engineer for Electrical Technologies at GE Research, serving as technology leader and mentor for a 250-member global team.  Jim holds 40+ patents, a B.S.E.E. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an M.S.E.E. from Virginia Tech, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Cornell University.
