Dorian West is an Operating Partner for Ajax Strategies. He is a Senior Engineering Advisor currently helping various companies after spending 25 years leading highly successful engineering teams. He was most recently a Co-Founder and EVP Engineering at Electric Hydrogen. Prior to Electric Hydrogen, he was at Tesla where he most notably guided teams to develop products from the original Roadster to the Semi. Dorian graduated from Stanford University with a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering.
