Brad Griffith is an Operating Partner at Ajax Strategies and board member at Midwestern BioAg. A global Life Sciences executive and strategic advisor with a passion for sustainable Agri-Food systems, Brad has accelerated startups and turnarounds, transformed commercial and manufacturing operations, and grown multibillion-dollar P&Ls. Brad currently provides strategic growth and commercial development services through his independent Life Sciences consultancy.  

As Chief Commercial Officer at Overland Park, KS based Compass Minerals, he led the global commercial Plant Nutrition and Salt businesses, global supply chain, and global R&D. Prior to Compass Minerals, Brad spent over 17-years with Monsanto Company in agriculture and pharmaceuticals (G.D. Searle). Brad earned an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis and a BA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
